Do you struggle to find the balance between what is comfortable for you and dealing with other people’s expectations? Do you have a hard time with relationships, transitions, and/or emotional regulation? Do you often feel left out or like an outsider? I’m a queer AuDHDer (they/them) IFS practitioner (Level 2) who works with English- and French-speaking clients all over the world. For me, IFS is singular in the non-pathologizing approach it uses to address the burdens we carry because of our personal experiences (e.g., childhood trauma), external forces (e.g., racism, sexism, LGBTQIA+phobia, ableism, fatphobia…), and their interactions.
